本機是本公司最近開發的一款新產品，使用于加工較厚的簿本、有二種不同內頁要求的簿本及單面有四種顏色要求的簿本，質量穩定、效益高。本機采用微電腦控制、光電跟蹤、氣液聯動、人機界面觸摸屏操作、水墨柔版印刷等高新技術，水墨柔版印刷及既環保又科學。該聯動生產線是將卷筒紙放卷、經高速柔版印刷、分切、數頁、疊紙、配封面、平訂、折頁、平背、橫切、縱切、收本等十一種工序有機地結合，是薄本行業鐵釘本批量生產最理想的流水生產線。

Function and features:

This machine uses modern technology such as microcomputer control, electro-optical tracking, gas-liquid interaction, human-machine interface touch screen operation and environmentally-friendly and scientific ink flexographic printing. This production line is an ideal choice of mass production of staple-binding notebooks, with a perfect combination of 12 processes from reel paper unwinding, high speed flexographic printing, cutting, counting, appendix fitting, auto covering, flat stitching, folding, flat back, cross cutting, slitting, to the finished notebook products.
