性能與特點：

本機是本公司最近開發的一款新產品，適用于加工較厚的薄本、有二種不同內頁要求的簿本及單面有四種顏色的簿本，質量穩定、效益高。本機采用微電腦控制、光電跟蹤、氣液聯動、人機界面觸摸屏操作、水墨柔版印刷等高新技術，水墨柔版印刷既環保又科學。該聯動生產線是將卷筒紙放卷、經高速柔版印刷、分切、數頁、配附頁、配封面、平訂、折頁、平背、橫切、縱切、收本等十二種工序有機地結合，是薄本行業鐵釘本批量生產最理想的流水生產線。本機與LD1020不同的地方是增加了一套卷筒紙放卷裝置和一套配置內頁的飛達。

This machine uses modern technology such as microcomputer control, electro-optical tracking, gas-liquid interaction, human-machine interface touch screen operation and environmentally-friendly and scientific ink flexographic printing. This production line is an ideal choice of mass production of staple-binding notebooks, with a perfect combination of 12 processes from reel paper unwinding, high speed flexographic printing, cutting, counting, appendix fitting, auto covering, flat stitching, folding, flat back, cross cutting, slitting, to the finished notebook products. Compare with LD1020S, this machine increase an inside sheet sorting feeder.
